Scented Super Yin Hao Jasmine 1 oz

This top grade Jasmine has thick, silvery buds. After harvesting, the tender leaves are placed on bamboo trays in layers. A blanket of fresh Jasmine blossoms are laid on top of the leaves and refreshed up to 11 times. By this time, a delicate Jasmine fragrance becomes part of the tea itself. Each blossom is then painstakingly removed by hand. Three words to describe this teas, sweet, delicate and floral.
FYI- scenting of this tea is done in the evening, when the jasmine blossoms open. This remarkable tea is one to be savored.
