Production consists of only tender new buds, just after the buds sprout and before they actually open. Silvery and downy, these leaves are plucked at peak perfection. Silvery in color because they have very little chlorophyll and because they are virtually unprocessed. Plucked and fired to remove internal moisture. That's it.

The best part...these delicate, sweet leaves are low in caffeine, low in astringency and high in polyphenols. How much better can it get? How about, each serving can be reinfused 3-4 times. Can't get better than that....the perfect tea.
